Scouted signal is scored on smart-wallet convergence, market cap band, narrative heat, rug ratio, and liquidity depth. Lands at A, B, or C.
Bull agent writes the strongest entry case. Bear agent writes the strongest veto case. Both are logged. Judge reads both and decides.
